House rules

To ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests throughout their stay, we provide you with more information for a more pleasant stay:

• For your comfort, we have provided a safe in the bedroom closet. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings, but please report all lost and found items to the reception immediately. Please check that you have emptied the safe and taken your documents and valuables with you before leaving the hotel.
• The apartments can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the hotel reception, for which a valid personal document is required.
• Guests receive a magnetic card upon registration at reception. If the guest loses the magnetic card or does not hand it over at the reception, he is obliged to pay 5 euros for the loss of the magnetic card.
• It is not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, flammable materials and other chemicals dangerous to the environment into the apartments.
• Visits received by guests in their apartments must be registered and recorded at the hotel reception, for which a valid identity document is required. Visits are allowed until 20:00 and if the visit continues after 20:00, an additional amount of 5 euros is charged with VAT per person and per night, as a supplement for a new guest.
• Hotel guests must be appropriately trained and shod when moving through the hotel’s public areas.
• Guests are obliged to compensate for the damage they have caused or caused.
• The apartments are available to guests and can be used from 13:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure.
• For check-out after 11:00 am on the day of departure, an additional amount is charged (5 euros per started hour), and if the apartment is not vacated by 6 pm, another night is charged. Please consult the reception on this matter.
• Smoking is not allowed in all apartments. The hotel reserves the right to charge 100 euros in case of smoking in the apartment, since the hotel is liable before the law in case of violation of this prohibition.
• For your convenience, we have provided parking within the hotel. In case the guest decides to park, the hotel is not responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Parking is charged extra. Announcement and reservation of a parking space is required.
• Please report any irregularities, malfunctions or complaints about the service to the reception immediately. Subsequent and untimely complaints, to which we did not have the opportunity to respond, will not be considered as a basis for reducing the price of accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
• Bed linen is changed every third day for stays of 3 to 8 nights, while for stays over 8 nights it is changed every 4 days. If there is a need for more frequent changes, please inform the reception.
• Harassment of other hotel guests is not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the further stay of a guest who disturbed other guests or otherwise violated the prescribed House Rules.
• In case of cancellation of accommodation by the hotel, caused by violations of house rules, the guest is charged the full amount for the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
• If during your stay, for any reason, you have to check out earlier, you need to inform the reception 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for another night.
• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. You can get the password at the hotel reception.
• At the beginning of the use of accommodation, it is assumed that the guest is familiar with the house rules of the hotel.
